All in-stock items will arrive in 3-4 weeks from date of order. 

Orders with multiple items will be held until all items are available and will ship together.  If any portion of your order is on backorder or a special/custom order and you wish to receive a partial shipment, please contact customer service at 844-984-7539. Additional shipping charges may apply. 

Thos. Baker's "White Glove Delivery & Assembly" is a premium service option designed to offer our customers a seamless and hassle-free experience. For just $299, your entire order will be delivered to your home to the room or location of your choice, unpacked and fully assembled. For your convenience, all packaging materials will be removed.

Our white glove delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently at your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical wiring or equipment. The service is currently only available in select areas. You can check if white glove is available in your area from the shopping cart.

Scheduling Your Delivery:

You will be contacted when your items are ready and prompted to schedule your delivery. At the time of scheduling, please notify us of any special delivery requirements. This includes but is not limited to, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, multiple flights of stairs, etc.

An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt. In the event of any defect or damage noted at the time of delivery, we will return the item and arrange for a replacement.
